Attempted murder charge

MICHAEL Kipling, 25, of Trinity Road, Hoylake, faced Wirral Magistrates charged with the attempted murder of 23-year-old Mark James White at an address in Market Street, Hoylake on February 23. He was remanded in custody for seven days. There was no application for bail and reporting restrictions were not lifted. Christopher Murphy who represented Kipling said he did not accept the charge as it stood.  more...
